Art Gobblers is both an ecosystem and its flagship NFT collection: a set of weird, grotesque creatures inspired by a hugely popular animated series, each with diverse traits. The key trait is a multiplier, which affects how much GOO a Gobbler can produce over time. GOO is the ecosystem's ERC‑20 token used inside Art Gobblers for minting Gobblers and Blank Pages.

Each Gobbler also has a belly that can display artwork it has gobbled, making every Gobbler a hybrid of a GOO generator and a mini gallery. Art isn’t a side feature here — it’s the point the whole system is built around. For the full design rationale, read the original article by Paradigm.

Own Gobblers → earn GOO continuously. Your GOO production depends on the sum of your Gobblers’ multipliers and your current GOO balance (the system is reflexive: more GOO generally means faster GOO issuance).

You can use GOO to mint new Gobbler NFTs (dynamic VRGDA pricing) or mint Blank Pages (also dynamically priced). Blank Pages are the substrate for turning artwork into NFTs via glamination.

A note on GOO: GOO has effectively unlimited supply and extremely high inflation by design. It’s best treated as an in-system resource used for minting Gobblers and Blank Pages, not as a token that should have a “fair” USD price. Because of these dynamics, GOO doesn’t behave like a typical token that’s expected to converge to a stable market value.

Your "factory" is exactly what we described above: the synergy between the Gobblers held on your address (more precisely, the sum of their multipliers) and the amount of GOO they've managed to accumulate.

If you decide to join the race for new Gobblers and aim for a high spot on the Leaderboard, you'll quickly realize that your rate/day is incredibly low — and you're simply not competitive. The reason is straightforward: you don't have enough GOO yet. You need to add more GOO to your factory.

So… where do you get it?

The most straightforward way to acquire GOO today is Goober: an experimental AMM that lets you swap Gobbler(s) ↔ GOO. We've restored a simple UI here: Goober Swap.

How it works:

• Select the Gobbler(s) you want to swap
• Approve the Goober contract
• Execute the swap (all transactions interact with the original Goober contract)

After you receive GOO, deposit it into the Art Gobblers system (Factory) using the Deposit action in the same UI. This calls addGOO on the official Art Gobblers contract and increases the GOO that counts toward your factory, which can substantially increase your rate/day.

Extra: you can also buy Gobblers for GOO via the same pool, which sometimes creates arbitrage opportunities.

In all cases, you’ll need to have enough GOO available to pay the current mint cost (pricing is dynamic).

Pricing is dynamic (VRGDA): if no one mints for a while, the mint price gradually decreases; after a mint happens, it jumps up sharply, then starts decaying again over time. That’s the core idea behind VRGDA pricing. For a deeper explanation, see Paradigm’s article.

The drawing tool lives on the official site.

It’s a simple but capable editor with standard features like layers, brushes, palette, opacity, etc. Your drawing session has a limited number of actions/steps, and the full creation process is recorded and can be replayed after you finish.

Don’t forget to title your piece — and connect your wallet or Twitter. (It’s best to do this before you start drawing.)

To turn a drawing into an NFT, you need:

• a finished artwork created in the official drawing tool, and
• a Blank Page NFT

On the artwork page (after you finish drawing and click “Preview and share”), select a Blank Page (if you have one) and click Glaminate. More detailed step-by-step instructions will be added once the official site UI is fully available again.

Once glamination succeeds, your artwork becomes a Page NFT in the Art Gobblers ecosystem. If you want it to display correctly on OpenSea, open the item on OpenSea and use Refresh metadata. After the refresh, your image should appear.

No.

• You don’t need to own anything to create art — just open the drawing tool and connect your wallet or Twitter.
• You also don’t need to own a Gobbler to glaminate. You only need a Blank Page.
• You don’t need to own a Gobbler to mint Blank Pages. You only need GOO.

“Gobbing” a Page means feeding a glaminated Page (a Page NFT) to a Gobbler so it gets displayed in the Gobbler’s belly.

This is what makes Gobblers fulfill their “second nature”: not just GOO producers, but mini galleries that can showcase art created by many different people. A single Gobbler can gobble an unlimited number of Pages, and you can conveniently browse gobbled art on our site.

This site is an attempt to reboot the Art Gobblers experience: restore useful tools and navigation, make it easier to interact with the ecosystem, and provide a smoother way to explore Gobblers and Pages.

It’s also meant to be a community space — a place where we can collectively experiment, build, and give the ecosystem new meaning over time.

We take wallet safety seriously. This site never asks for your seed phrase, and we don’t custody your assets. When you connect a wallet, you’re only granting the site permission to read your address and request transactions — you still approve every transaction in your wallet.

That said, you should always verify what you’re signing:

• Check the contract address and the method name in your wallet prompt.
• Use hardware wallets and set conservative approvals where possible.
• If something looks unusual (unexpected approvals, unknown contracts, strange calldata), cancel and ask us.
